Planter, used to have this problem, found a hole in edge of header bottom close to where it is wedging up. got a bolt 3_8 I think, and welded a short rod to top of bolt and then put bolt in hole with the rod on the top side and turned it so the rod pushed the wheat stubble down and the pulley did not grab it and pull it in tight. just remember to remove it when unbolting flex head or it will run the belt off james
