I know someone hear one time said that loewen was making them also. All I know is they have had a copy of mine for a couple years but I haven't seen where they duplicated it yet. I have made up and sent all over the place but don't have any at this time. Could get some more made up. I use the old crop flow director as part of the assembly. I cut only enough of the director apart for as to allow unrestricted flow from feed chain to cylinder. Part of the director remains unmodified for as to prevent unthreshed crop from sliping over to seperator side. We charge $125US less $50 for good used crop flow director. We've also took this trick one step further. We purchase a long steep pitch helical (68" pitch). Then we meet it up to helical with 3rd helical filler and wrap it around cage to the point of lining it up with 2nd helical from gearbox. We cut it to length and then use the other piece to extend the 3rd helical from gearbox in same manner as 2nd one. You would cut away three pieces of the standard pitch helical in order to do this mod. I call this the poor mans steep pitch helical hit. It helps prevent double pass of any material except for the small amount the 1st helical from gearbox would be handling. Tbrans trick with doing a similiar trick to the small rotors sparked me to try this on the large rotors. I think we did this to every single rotor we had out this fall unless it allready had the steep pitch all the way threw or just half way (including all the brand new machines). Noticed plenty less feeder plugging with them machines in a year that tested feeders big time. Anyway good luck
