Hi Gerald, Glad the pics may be of some help. What crops will you run with your SunnybrookIJ I keep looking at one and was very close to getting one once, but the deal fell through. I'd appreciate hearing how you get along with yours. Ed in Montana

Bob, I'm kind of curious about just how cheap I workIJ I spent $38 for the small helical I used and probably 3 hrs. fooling around cutting, letting pieces cool, bending, measuring, test fitting, welding, letting pieces cool, drilling, etc. Still have to buy 3 carriage bolts. Probably $1 through AGCO parts. Comes out to $39 + .20 for the triangle steel. Add a buck an hour for my valuable time and we're up to $42 and change. I suppose you paid $39 for the kitIJ Kind of reminds me of farming ;-( Ed in Montana

I haven't got the bill yet, I'll check on Monday. But it looks a lot better than the one I built homemade and installed on the first machine as per hyper mods. It came assembled and ready to bolt on with 2 new crop divider bolts. I had 3 machines to do and time was important to me as I should be pulling a sample of corn on or about the 26th of this month. When you look at 3 cylinders on the shop floor, extending the last helicals on each machine , replaceing 4 bar channels bent from a cylinder bar coming loose going through and wrecking the cage last fall, getting extended discharge bars and paddles from lowen installed on each cylinder, main shaft upgrade on one, etc,etc...... remind you of farming EdIJ

Well it figures out to either $13 _ hour or $16 _ hour with no discount. Not really enough to ever get rich but enough to keep from starving. Of course one must also factor in at least $2500 worth of equipment used to make that $50. Yep, just like farming all right ;-(
