I have all this in my 4650. I mounted the sprayer control on the lower right hand window frame and the foamer control right behind it. My boom control will mount right on top of the sprayer control. I think these controls need to be right at your finger tips. Make sure the hydraulic levers don't interfere when you have to move them. I mounted the planter monitor on the front right hand window frame. It doesn't need to be quite as close. You could mount it on the left hand window frame too.
