Does it have a roosa master rotary fuel pump. I have had similar problems on other brands of equipment with these pumps, as the rubber governor ring breaks down the peices will clog a little check valve in the return line fitting on top of the pump. if this is the case just remove the check valve fitting and it should be ok.You can only remove this fitting on a horizontally mounted pump. Not a vertical style like on the deere tractors.
