Combines 4400 Throttle won t stay put

Do you want a specific response from someone who knows all about the 4400 or will a general response doIJ I've owned and maintained a 9500 for the past 4 years and a Gleaner F3 for 5 years prior to that. Some people on this site don't appreciate you answering (and will tell you so) if you don't know the exact answer to solve their problem. I also notice that there seems to be a general lack of interest in answering questions on this site

Although the throttle on my 6600 was not closing, the linkage was rattling like crazy. I put some rubber washers in the bellcrank (to your right as you open your engine cover)to take up the play on each side of the rod that comes from the injection pump. Sounds like you have some play in your linkage some where. Every part has its vibration frequency. could be as simple as adding some weight to you linkage rod to change its frequency.
