The only thing you need is the adaptors for the splined shafts,,,but other then that they will hook right on. Your dealer should have the adaptors.

After a little modification, it will. You have to shorten the hexshaft on your header and add a bearing to the end. Then you stick the drive shaft on, that fits on the hex shaft and has the spline for the combine on the other end. Your JD dealer has this conversion kit. The hydraulic hoses fit. If you want all the gadgets and gismos to work, than you have to adapt the wiring harness, too. On a flex head you would have to change sensors to be able to set ground pressure.

lankota in South Dakota makes any configuration of adaptors that you need. They have all the electrical things that you need also. We have used there products and they work very well. They are less money than factory deere stuff. I can email there address and phone number if you like.
