We have a new high wide wire thresher concave assembly if that is what you wanted. I had a R50 with most of the ears brock off the gearbox this summer. I think it had threshed more rock than corn. Anyway I gutted the gearbox and tack welded ear into position after veeing out to get a complete weld to bottom of crack. I kept a wide area where I was welding preheated to about 300F and then ark welded with nickel rod. I would chip and pean weld alot after running a bead to insure the stress is relieved. So far so good. Good luck

hey Tim, not to dissagree but i would shy away from welding the gear box as have seen several repaired ones fail. a rebuildable used one shouldnt cost a lot. it sure sounds like you need to align your gear box. you may need to have a dealer do this for you. have seen this be a problem on a lot of machines.............good luck vstk

I have a few gear box housings from our salavage yard, i think most came from N-6 and n7 , If you are interested i'll track down partn to see if they are compatable.....with your combine. just e-mail me

Yes if you could see if they are interchangable I would appericate. The local machine shop thinks he can save the grate. Thanks Tim
