Make sure that both sensors on both sides are working independently of each other. When the update was done did they cut the shaft under the head in half to free up the two sensors. Also when the system is new or the headers have been switch to a different machine the the monitor has to be recalibrated so it will recognize the position of the sensors. This make a huge difference on how it flexes. Found this out by switching a broke down header to another header.

correct, also remember that there is a loop wire in the harness for the red wires than must be removed when going to twin positioners if the harness was the same.

Yes, we did cut the shaft underneath,What is the sequence for recalibrating each individual sensorIJ tbran,which red wire loop are you talking about that needs to be disconnectedIJ Our whole set-up is new sensors and wiring harness to fit the 98 and newer series. john

Also guys, was going along doing beans and all of sudden the head rose all the way up by itself! Tried to lower and it was locked up , couldnt even do it manually, here it was a loosened turn-buckle. Can this damage the sensors or HHC box IJ thanks john

tbran,looked at the electrical schematic in the book and underneath the console, where is the red loop wire that needs to be disconnected IJIJ
