If it is a rear wheel assist I presume it is a hydro. If it is and has a mud hog rear axle with the planetary style hubs with the flip around centre cap to disengage the rear wheels to allow them to "free wheel", Just pull off the hydro motor and remove the coupler and flip over the centre caps on the rear wheels to disengage them and tow it home or where ever. If it is a considerable distance it would be better to float it.
