This used to happen to me when I had a 510. IT would happen when I filled the grain tank clear full and grain would back up in the clean grain elevator and cross auger and get into the cleaning fan. It wasn't that it ever plugged as it would get in a little at a time load after load. It was worse when the corn was higher moisture. Hope this gives you an idea.
