Hi Joe, I figured you had this done already. Ok open side door; loosen cross bolt on variable speed pulley(15_16 wrenches),next you need to loosen tensioner bolt for the belts(3_4 wrenches),remove belt from lower pulley and secure out of your way, remove bolt from clutch pivot(5_8 and 11_16 wrenches) also you need to take out the pin on the short clutch linkage, remove the bolt from the transmission mount(5_8 or 3_4 mine was broke off already),remove the mount from the frame to make it easier to remove and replace drive(outside bolt is 5_8 and 11_16 inside is 3_4) now the "fun" part remove the 6 bolts holding the drive to the transmission(9_16) BE VERY CAREFUl its HEAVY. No you don't need to take the tire off. You could but you don't have to. The disk is 10' diameter. The spline is 1 3_8" 10 spline. The disk is $125 from Deere. It is $70 from Worthington, if you have one near you that has it in stock. My pressure plate was fine so I can't tell you the price for that. RandR time approx 2 hours for me.
