You would need 3 things. A right hand drive for the Feader house, to drive the right side of the head. Anothet cyl. in order to lift the head. And more weight on the back. I had a 510 with 6 row. we dualled it both front, and rear in really wet conditions. It is usually the rear axle starting to sink, and drag first, which starts the front to spin. When we dualled the rear, we got over alot easier. when going foreward, a lot ow weight is torqued onto the rear axle. The drawback was that ocassionaly the rears would just slide on top, making it hard to steer. good luck Joe

You also need to get main frame reinforcing plates. They come as part of the right hand drive kit. Jess

Had 23.1 X 26 on front, with 18.4 x 26 dualled to these. On the back we had 11lx16 with 7.50x16. dualed to the 11ls. To dual the rears, we got some 11 gauge steet rolled into a 16" circle. I think it was 5, or 6 inches wide. Can't remember for sure. Used this just like the spacer band on the front wheels. To clamp the two wheels together, we used threaded rod. Each wheel had 4 square holes that were used to mount wheel weights. Just line these holes up with each other, and use them for the rod to hold the wheels together. After a couple of years doing this, we ended up putting 18.4x16.1s on the back. But to do that , we had to modify the rear axle in order to get clearance for the tires to turn. Joe

That must have been really wide across the front. We use 18.4 x 26 for all four tires on the front with 10 inch wide bands in between. Can 18.4 x 26 duals support a 6 row headIJ Acorrding to the book, we're suppose to use a 23.1 x 26 10 ply with a 6 row head. The inside tires are 10 ply and the duals are 6 ply. Would this combination of tires workIJ

There should be enough tire, but I would be concerned about the inside wheels, and final drives. We used the duals on our 510 for 6-7 yrs, without a problem, but figured that the 18.4s being smaller would only carry a load, when the main tire started to sink. We also had a lower pressure in the outside tire. If you were careful it should work. Just take it easy when the tank begins to get full. Joe
