Combines 62 worth

To me, it depends on what kind of shape the overall machine is in. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being best, how would you rate itIJ It's hard to believe how some guys abuse these combines. My 93 R42 still looks like a new machine but I've seen combines on dealer lots newer than mine that would be better off in the salvage yard. In other words low hours isn't all a guy should be looking for. My point is that it's hard to give dollar value other than a ballpark figure without giving the combine a good walk around.

I'd rate it at least 6, no leaks, no rust, augers (tank and unloader)in good shape, all electronics and monitors work, and nothing falling off the machine. A ball park figure would sufice. Someone is interested and I'm just looking for a start point. Thanks IDan

ive been told my R-62 was worth between 49- 55000, had a cash offer of 45, would probably rate her a 7,2000 hours, and would prob. let her go for 52,000 with 3 heads........ dont know if that helps
