Would definitely double check the hydraulic hose connections. Depending on the model year is the 9750STSIJ Do you have the "open" valve turned on at the header connection. 2000-2002 versions seem to turn "Closed" too easily. Random soybean stalks over the back of the header shut our off a few times. Or if a later model with the single point connector system, is if fully locked into position. If you can't speed it up even with the manual mode rocker switch the speed control motor or drive coupler to the valve could be loose. Good luck.
