as you can see, old means cheap. Still can get the job done, just old. Amazing how the percieved value has fallen off so far. Would have been a good buy just for the motor.

Do you think that this can also be caused by the very dry conditions and the probability of no wheat cropIJ My dad and I bought a header trailer last weekend at a sale in central Kansas for $300.00. It fit a 25' CASE IH header and was built on the high strength John Deere running gear with almost new 11l 165 flotation tires. We watched bare running gears with old truck tires sell for $1,000.00 last year.

no, the things are getting old for sure. Farms are getting so large that you would have to have an army of them to get 5 or 10000 acres covered. One day soon, I think this whole "get big" crap will fall on it's face. Nothing wrong with the old machine, it will produce about 8 or 900 bushels_hour of corn with a 6 row head. More if you have a dump cart. GS
