You may want to sell it as is, it's a pain to install that vertical auger. You will be ok if you don;t replce that bottom plate (the one with the bevel gears attached). The vertical auger comes out real easy watch your feet after you remove the tailings auger. Then when it comes to installing the auger (watch your fingers) you will need two to five stout young straps to hoist that baby back up there (don't forget to time the augers). I'm not slaming Deere it's one heck of a good system that is made out of some heavy steel. good luck, pk7
