Combines 6620 Hydro problems

No, this guy is actually pretty smart. He did it on his Case IH 4 years ago and is still driving it. He just added a quart of 80-90 to his hydrualic oil. He hasn't had any problems since. I was wondering if anyone had tried this with a J.D. combine.

If you want to replace the hydro putting gearlube in it would definetly do it for ya. while going up a hill do you hear a popping noiseIJ If you do the easiest thing to do first is to swap the high pressure relief valves, that will most likely take care of it.

We had the same problem on our 7720 when we first got it. We switched the two valves and 5 years later still no trouble.
