If you're running a 6 row head I'd say that's all you're going to get. If you're running a 4 row head then you might have problems somewhere.

You might try to have your top chaffers all open about 5_8 ths of an inch and your tailing section maybe to 3_4 inch. The bottom seive I try to use about 1_2 to 9_16 inch. Continue to run fan wide open unless you have extremely dry corn under 16% moisture or less.
