Combines 6bar rotor

In your email to me you said loss from left side of shoe. That made me thing overthresh before material reached the end of rotor. With no rotor loss I suggested that you be sure you have Terrys full set of sweeps. Did you try much slower RPM with the six bar rotor with fill set of sweepsIJ Would I be right in thinking you have that rotor in a N7. What sort of helical setupIJ When I told you you could easily install distribution auger trough I was thinking you had a 62 or 72. An old P1 system does require you to make up your own diverter between the accelerator rolls and rear distribution auger trough. like I told you earlier we only played with that in grass and if you have problem on left side of shoe you need to try take care of it at its source. let me know if I'm missing something somewhere. Take care.

Dan we have a 96 R65 with the huper modes installed. In my last post I commented that I tried rotor R.R.M. from 475 to 600 but saw no difference. We also thought about additional sweeps on rotor but felt they were to far out on end.Maybe uou are right by going lower on the R.P.M. I agree with your comment about taken care of the problem at its source. It seems to put the residue or drop it right at the front of separate section. Im at a lost to what to do next. Well try much lower speed on rotor and see what happens thanks

OK I got it now I had to read my last message. You have a R62. I would install the extra sweeps that Terry likely sent along (why not especially if you don't have any rotor loss). If you should still feel you are overloading the left side of shoe then install the first distribution auger trough. It is extremly easy to put in and they were sent with the '92 machines (stored under buddy seat). Maybe dealer has some laying around. That trough will fit under front distribution auger and will move fair amount of material one foot toward center of shoe. let use know how you get along. Take care
