Ouch, you would hope after all the money you spent that you would have more power. I doubt if this is your problem but you could check to see if No. 1 or No. 6 valves are "rocking" when you cross TDC mark on the crank. This involves removing valve cover but beats pulling crank pulley, etc... Could check valve lash at same time. It would be easier to make mistake on injector pump timing than cam_crank. Can you verify on Dyno your suspicion about powerIJ Need numbers, not feelings. lots of possibilities for lack of power. Rig

There is a valve degree wheel type picture in your service manual which will point out when valve open and close. One of the valves on cylinder one or six will fall within the degree marks on crank pulley. While turning engine over slow you could feel when pushrod gets tight. I would look for this to be approx within five degrees of which is printed. If much more than that I would suspect wrong cam timeing. I too doubt this being the problem. I believe if you had it off one tooth the one way the valve would of kissed piston. Don't know what you would have if a tooth the other way. If you have the newer style Bosch injectors (banjo bolt holding return line to injectors) you would want to be sure line is nearest to rocker cover not exhaust manifold. These can be install 180 off by someone unfamiliar. Also be sure intercooler gasket has not blown. This can happen if thicker than original gasket was used on water inlet into head. This thicker than original gasket has been supplied by AGCO and it will hold intake gasket from being compressed properly. Also I've saw this gasket blow because it was never torqued up properly. I'm with Rig on double checking pump timing and verifing HP. Any pump work done during crank replacementIJ Any more smoke than beforeIJ Good luck
