Combines 750 corn head

the 1163 needed three hyd. cyl. on the 750 combine

I saw the same thing happen on a 750 with 3 cylinders once. The hydraulic pump was weak, and had to be replaced. Then it worked great.

If additional cylinders doesn't help, you might check the dampener pulley on the motor. If I remember right, it's rubber mounted and will go bad after a while. If there's any rubber sticking out of it, the pulley needs to be replaced. It's just a thought. Good luck!
