This can be straightened easily by leaving on machine. Set height so it's comfortable to work on and place the bucket of your front end loader on top of the elevator, applying down pressure. Now work away with your jack until it's straight. Just hope you're a good overhead welder to reinforce it. This is quite common, as I have done this to many of these elevators and it will help your feed tremendously. Keeping the elevator bottom tight to the paddles (or paddles in good shape) helps keep the draw high at the elevator mouth. More beneficial in grain or soybeans. As far as the clutch is concerned, it's pretty straightforward. Follow instructions in manual to remove belt tension, remove belts, remove retaining bolt or nut and use clutch pedal to pop off shaft. One recomendation - be sure to perform correct linkage adjustment, free play, and transmission brake. If you skip on the transmission brake initial adjustment, it can affect the linkage as it has a self adjusting mechanism. I had a problem with this once and it affected my linkage range. Also clean all dirt from behind release bearing sleeve so it will retract all the way. If clutch requires replacement, have surfaces machined to correct dimensions. Use the sintered iron linings. Good luck!

Just a piece of 3_16 x 1 1_4 angle iron at approximately the center of the bow, provided it doesn't interfere with anything. You can go as hevy as you want with this material. Have used 1_4 inch before.
