I Had a set on my 750 and I think they added about 40 bu. to the 140 of the base tank. I would think that You should be able to pick a pretty decent 1859 table for around $2,000 . Good luck Joe

On my '78 750 there is a placard that says to not install bin extensions, damage to machine could result. Has anybody had problems with thisIJ I would like to install on my machine, I harvest wheat as a general rule.

I had a 77 750 with extensions, and never had any trouble. In fact the 7_860s had the same final drives, and they have a 180bu. base tank. The limiting factor on the 750 would be the tires. But most of the 750s I have seen, had extensions. Joe

The dealer here told me not to add tank extensions if you are working on rough land or steep hills . Too much stress on the drivetrain. Ron

We have run extensions on our 750's for years with no problems. That is until last year. I was getting to the end of the field with an almost overflowing tank of heavy wet corn. We do this quite routinely but I was on a bit of a sidehill. Heard a crack and the combine started leaning...another crack and a big thud as the combine felt like it was going to tip over. The hub snapped right off the final drive...broke the shaft which is about 3 inches in diameter. luckily it fell on the tire and that kept it from going over on me. If you do add extensions be wary in situations like this. Get it into the extension but dont fill it plump full and dont do it in heavy wet grain. Good luck.
