On a grey cab 750, the switch that turns the monitor on and off is under the cab and connected to the machine engagement lever. There are two wires that plug into the switch. Pull them out and see if the monitor goes dead, then touch them together and if the monitor works, the switch is bad. If it is, it takes an 1 1_8 wrench to screw it out. If the switch is OK, stick a small screwdriver in the switch hole and have someone engage the seperator, you should be able to feel the slot turn that makes the switch work, if not the small shaft that contacts the switch may be sheared off.
