Combines 760 very tight walker crank

When I had my 750 and silver 760 the walkers were always tight after it had been sitting anytime at all.I would run it and keep an eye on it the first day. I traded my 760 in with 4500 hours and NEVER did anything to the walkers.

I agree. The wooden bearing seldom give any trouble. My old 80SP still had its original bearings after 45 crop seasons, with no problems. In storage, especially if you're in high humidity, the wood will swell and be quite tight. As long as you can turn the cranks, once you work the machine, the bearings will heat up, dry, and work with suprisingly little friction. Try it again after a day in the field.
