Tighten concave nearly closed and start to with a fairly high cyl.RPM almost like wheat. The seave settings and chaffer settings should stay the same as wheat also. Give it a try with a near fan setting for wheat, check for whitecaps or in other words broken milo kernels. If you find any then slow the cylinder a bit but not so much that the heads dont come out the back clean. Milo is usually lighter bushel weight as well, check behind the machine every time you make an adjustment, I usually take only one adjustment at a time. Good luck. let me know how it looks.
