We traded a 1980 7720 2 yrs. ago for a 25'925 Flex new even up.It was on it's 3rd hour meter,so it may have had 7,000IJhrs. on it.Our 7720 had a T- handle next to the seat to pull up to engage the reverser.I'd check the underside of the tailings elevator to see if there are holes from wear.We had to braze ours,but the one you found may not need it,considering the hours compared to ours.Hope this helps.P.S.The 25' flex went on a 9600 we got at an auction
