we had the same problem on our 4430 muddobbers had built a nest in them !

I have blown them out from the bottom up and from the top down. The problem is that they aren't solid tube. They are the black plastic "conduit" that is used to run wires in and they split apart and leak. I thought about relacing them with 1_4" plastic tube. Just wondered if any one else hade a better idea.

Wrap electrical tape around the conduit tubes.
