If you have the clutch bolted up solid, you need to unhook the power lead to the clutch so you can still use the monitor system and DAM, which get their power when the electric switch is on. Your field coil (the magnet in the countershaft pulley) is probably grounded out which is casuing the breaker to heat and open so you may have to replace it - there is a way to test it but I don't remember off hand. You also need to make sure there is no wires that are shorting all the way from the breaker to the clutch module. Gg
