If you greased it clean it up. We made that mistake once and are very tight with the grease their now. The greasing in excess is what screwed us up. It made a long day out of it and some serious muttering was done.

The problem with the clutch is that most of the time when reversing feeder house the two nuts holding the clutch together on the end of the sharft undo themselves and the iner nut eats into the spring pressure plate. this is only happening when clutch is slipping while in reverse.
