Combines 7720 grain leak

You don't state which back wheel, so I will tell you where I found the leak in mine, it was at the point where the vertical auger meets the tank,on the right side of the auger,very hard to get at. Put a light inside the tank and look up. Hope this helps.

usually the leak is from the bottom of the fountain auger,grain sits in there all the time and if it ever gets wet it never dries and justs rusts a hole.You have to get way up in to check it out.It would drop grain in line with the inside of the tires.this would be on right side if you are standing in back of combine and looking to the front.

hi kiwi have a look up on the side of the machine you will find loose grain behind pulleys etc this will help you locate the problem I am picking that if you can't find a hole in the tank grain is finding it way behind the panels which cover the clean grain elevater drive belt up in the tank also check teh clean grain elevater doors and tailing door for holes hope this helps what are the yields like in down south

The harvest yields were good something that we have'nt had for a while here in the south island. Bread wheats around 3.25 ton ac Feed wheats around 5 ton ac Feed and Malting barley 3 - 4 ton ac Grass seed clean weight alot around 1 ton ac We have Maize_Corn grain to harvest in about 6 to 8 weeks hoping for around 4 ton ac. The maize crop is not as good as normal because of very high winds around Chrismas time. Cheeres Kiwi Ps thanks for the help with the leaks guys
