Slowing down, adding risers and curtains should all help. Slowing down, of course puts less material on the walkers allowing them to work better. Risers and curtains keeps it there longer so they have more of a chance to separate the grain. You might try closing the concave some as this will force more of the grain directly to the sieve. Removing every other wire from the concave will help this too. You might even check the pans on the walkers to make sure that they are clean and aren't plugged up with chaff or straw. We found a couple of our walkers had some buildup in them last year. Hope this helps.
