Checked sales manual for years during 7720 and even 'Grain' combines were shipped from facrory with lip type walkers. Knew that 'Corn-Soybean-Grain' models had lip walker openings. The warning included was not to harvest corn, milo, or soybeans with rectangular opening walkers........apparently stalks_cobs_trash plug rectangular openings. Certainly understand your want for more separation cap, but I'm not voluntiering to crawl in walkers and clean them out after plugging. Sorry don't have any good news for you, other than concentrate on careful concave-cylinder adjustments.
