I bought a 1983 7720 last winter at a farm sale in West Texas for 19,500. It had 1630 hrs , it is a corn machine, and is really nice shape. Came with 224 header with bat reel. WW
I paid 25500 delivered 750 miles one way for an 1988 7720 corn machine with 1648 hours no head. 30.5 on the front 2wd heavy duty rear axle. last october. I think this year i could buy a similar machine for 22 or so given the downward pressure on used machines.
I would like to find a 1988 6620 or 7720 for that price. They must be cheaper to buy out West. Everyone around here wants $35,000 and up for Titan IIs and most of them have more than 3000 hrs A local dealer has an 83 7720 that is so rusty, and beat up that it looks about ready for the Worthington Ag. Parts Wrecking yard. He is asking $25,000 for that heap of junk.
