I disagree strongly with the notion of not discussing issues with new (and all) machines here. With the stupid and getting stupider costs of new combines it is very useful and important to be able to know of the quality of and any areas to discuss with salemen when they call. I had two salesmen from different dealerships in here wondering when and if I wanted to trade my 2388's on a 8010. Neither one started their pitch with "I know we've got feeding problems and pressure issues" I listened carefully and then I asked them about the issues with feeding and pressure as well as few other things on the board. They both admitted there had been issues and that they were being worked on. And they both left knowing that next time they better come with the whole story not the glossy sales pitch. Now I agree that the 8010 has got true potential and much like how the 1480 eventually became these 2388's we have are great machines. It will get there if Case works at it like IH did and makes the improvements neccesary, but we cannot afford to purchase blindly a machine any more not at these prices.....
