It was a straight business decision. There were several lexions brought in by European immigrant farmers from the US and there was no dealer organization to service them. They saw an opportunity to provide a service to a niche market. I suspect that it also had to do with not enough CIH combines ordered by the local Ontario Case IH management this year. It appears they sold more combines last fall than they expected and they didn't get their orders in soon enough for 2005 delivery.
