We wil be running one 8010 with a 39 ft. MacDon header had a chance to run it on some late spring wheat last fall and I was very happy with the way it worked. I can't wait to get down south in the dry wheat and see what it can do

Red Runner, I was thinking about purchasing an 8010 this year to be used in some hard red winter wheat and was wondering what speed you were able to go in spring wheat and also what was the yield and moisture of the wheat. Also does the header make a good match for the combineIJ

The spring wheat was yielding 50 plus bu. at 15% moisture. I was able to drive 5 to 5.5 mph at all times. We had two of my 2388's with 30' heads and we ran the same speed all day. My 8010 has gps and yeild monitor and going by that we were cutting 18 plus acres an hour. If theres any farmers in western Kansas looking for a harvester please e-mail me we are looking for a good stop out there. And I will try to update how the 8010 is working this summer.
