Tony, I am glad to hear that things concluded well after all the trials. I guess my biggest reservation with the new technology is that everything seems so inter-related. One thing can bring down so many others. In your case it was a seal in a rotor drive. In my neighbors case they took a 9660 back to the dealer because they couldn't get the computer right. No power and all sorts of other problems. They finally found a "kink" in a wiring harness and after correcting that the machine ran great......for the last two days of their 20 day harvest. I welcome the new technology, but I am surely more cautious about embracing it. Chuck

congrats on finishing up today!!.i did too...on corn, still have my 2 rounds of soybeans to go yet, but the platform is still on the 1440 tarped over out in the field with a bin load of beans. hopefully i'll get it pulled home next few days and switch heads. any room left in your shed for my combineIJ mines to full of chit to get everything inside!! hope you and your family has a great thanksgiving!!

my thoughts exactly they need to divide the systemes a little but the design doesn't allow it to be. two other 8010's around here had seals in teh chopper pto and unloader do the same thing. I think they need a new seal design.
