Combines 8010 radiator pluging

Check that the latches are screwed tight so the seal is compressed properly. They may have been left loose at the factory. Another thing to check is if the screen is turning properly. If it has a severe wobble to it, it may be letting trash in.

Fines and 1 to 2 inch pieces of barley straw are plugging the radiator. There is a slight wobble in the screen, but it appears there is no structure to the screen, a strong wind could distort it. From what I here all 100 sold into Australia are experiencing this problem, and if there not, they obviously havent started working it yet!

We had problems in barley also You just have to clean it out once a day there isnt any combine that can handle barley dust real good. The fan is so strong that it seems to pull the dust up from the back just watch it on a calm day. other crops dont seem to bother much. If you are getting straw in the rad there must be a leak somwhere we were just getting dust and fuzz in. also maybe the wiper betwewn the rads isnt close enough to the radiator. They should try put a brush there that would keep the rad clean.
