Good luck with a lawsuit. I had one of the first mx200's here and it was in the shop 18 times before I told case-ih I was going to sue them, they gave me an extra 3 years of warranty, alot of good that did I got so mad that I traded it for a 2166 combine. I also had an 8870 NH and an 8210 JD that year for planting tractors, the 200 was very good for fuel when it ran. I later bought a mx 270 and it has been on of the best tractors I have owned besides the J.D. All in all you can't win against the big companies but it did help that I told them that the J.D. was better and that I was thinking about trading the N.H. and MX 200 and all my other red and blue stuff for green.
