Will second that finnally goy my crary 36'air head to work. it won't feed enough to the 8010 fast enough 60+ beans 5.5-6 mph going to speed up the auger tommorrow. had to weld the slip clutch on the auger and solved that problem. The AFX8010 is a wonderful machine the rethresher works very well, unloader a little short, but I'll get an extender on that. The boys at Missouri Valley Imp. did a great job of getting it right. now we'll see how holds up in the long run.

Two thoughts come to mind when I read this. One. Having an 8010 that works good appears to be somewher on the same level as being a russian roulette champion. I am sure it can be done but not for extended periods of time. Two. If you close the sievs down on any combine you can eliminate pods.

Well I will let you know if she breaks but for now I am real happy with it. As for pods in sample I have never seen a clean sample on any deers yet maybe tell them to close the seives tight they do not care what it looks like on ground any way. lOl

It's good to hear some success stories about the 8010. You are going to be very happy with it in beans. Everything I've heard about it it is a bean eating machine! Clean sample and nothing left on the ground behind it. Just be sure not to limit it by putting one of those 2020 CNH headers on the front of it.

You are right about the clean sample the 8010 is the simplest combine that I have ever set cant seem to do much rong it gets a bit tough if you realy want to push it hard but if you drive it like a combine it puts the crop in the tank and does a great job

The cutterbar is really heavy and doesn't follow the ground very well. It just isn't designed very well. It's no 1020, that's for sure. The 30ft size is just too small for that combine also.
