Here is our settings for 20 moisture corn with 12 row head. top sieve is 18, bottom 16, fan is around 1000, rotor is 400, concave is closed quite a bit to around 8. Our corn is grinding pretty hard. The B50 pioneer numbers are coming off the cob pretty hard. For some reason the settings between fields and varieties can be pretty touchy. little changes can really make a difference. We are cutting 4,000 bph and running 85 percent. Someone else is using my nick name so I'm off to find a new one.

check your concave for plugging open her up a little more a little more rotor speed most of the B50 numbers are laying on ther ground so you can't go very fast anyway
