I believe it is, as NDDan gave me the info a few years ago, but it was around $400 to $500 if I remember right. For what it is worth if you have the traction booster lever that you don't use anyway you can make a decent throttle lever out of it. We have a 4w220 that the cable was long enough to take off the rear housing (traction booster cable) and we hooked it to the pump. Took the original lever and cut it off bolted it to the traction booster lever, and adjusted the friction to the desired level. You may have to have a cable made as your traction booster cable probably won't be as long as ours was, but this is a much cheaper option. Hope this is clear enough to help you out. Kirk
