If I remember right, the shaft speed monitor should beep when the combine slows. The cylinder speed alarm can be adjusted. Also if you have a fuction that sets it off a lot without a problem, you can shut that fuction off on the back of the monitor. Also remember that if more than one problem happens at once the monitor will show "0". This will sometimes happen when the combine slows.
