I am not sure what we are dealing with but the swivel is designed for 7500 PSI. If your problem is seal or gasket blowing from the non high pressure areas you must check case drain pressure. When a rotating group goes bad the leakage causes high pressure under load of areas designed not to be highly pressurized. Remove the small line that returns to the sump or tank and dump the return flow into a bucket. Crank the combine, hold the brakes and load the hydro both with RWA off and on. (pressure is the same whether on or off as RWA always sees same pressure as the main hydro, ie turning off the RWA does NOT stop the flow of oil through the motor) Flow from the case drain line should be a gallon or so per min. IF oil shoots out like the bladder pressure of a 5 year old, you have a bad 'milker' rotating group or a bad stroke control piston leak.
