Sounds too good to be true doesn't itIJ We thought so until we demo'd a 22.5' 820 from Young's along side an almost new 25' 1020 in the same field and the 820 won hands down. We ran that head for three years and are now trading it in on a new Harvestmore 725 head from Youngs. I won't lie to you, we've had an ongoing vibration problem with that 820 (they've had one other 22.5' head with the same problem) but Young's have had it back to their shop twice and made at least two service calls to our farm to fix the problem all at no cost to us, they even brought us a loaner head one year to get us through the rest of the year and none of it has cost us a dime. last year we cut almost 900 acres of tough beans before it started shaking again but the heads frame was messed up before Young's got it and I think they are being more picky about the condition of the heads they sell now. I think we've had more problems with our head than any of their other customers so if anybody should be unhappy with them it would be us but I would and do recremend their heads to people all the time.; With the vibration issue aside our 820 has been great and I have yet to see another head of any brand that will cut as close and clean as it will. We've outgrown our 820 so we are going with a 25' Harvestmore from Young's and even though we could get a new 1020 cheaper we haven't second guessed our decision to buy another head from Young's. Even though we are 250 miles away from Young's shop their service has been second to none and they have enough experience with their heads and Axial Flow combines there isn't much they can't do over the phone and you will have a hard time finding somebody who knows more about Axial Flow combines than John Young. They have a money back guantee on their heads, if you aren't 100% happy with it they will buy it back, after 11 years in business and hundreds of heads accross the country they have yet to buy a head back and that says alot about the quality of their products and the people standing behind them.
