Combines 822 flighting

I assume you are talking the shorter 4" flighting extentions. This flighting has been eliminated as standard equipment. I was upset they eliminated this for we needed full tall flighting all the way to a center line on the older 4" flighting augers. This was necesary to feed most wheat and barley straw into feed chain with the great capacity built into the rest of machine. I have not found it necesary to add this flighting back onto the newer 7" flighting headers. So if you think it may help to remove flighting I would sure give it a try. If this don't work you best check chain tentions, belt tentions ect. If all else fails and it isn't slugs from header that is plugging feeder you may need to look at feeder floor in transition area between chains. Maybe you have obstruction or need to tilt floors down. Good luck

Do you have the feeder chain on the right pullys so it will run fasterIJ I had the same trouble even in good beans, changed the belt on the pullys and the last of the trouble.

Are there stops on the front drum - it needs to be in the position so it can float all the way up. I have that trouble usually when the beans are too wet and don't feed well.
