Combines 8460 small grains upgrades

What concave do you haveIJ I have not had any specific problems with walker loss. I simply set the concave and cylinder speed at or near the recommendations from the operators manual. I will max-out on capacity in either the sieves or walkers depending on the conditions. I have run small grain concaves and the newer quick change concaves. The latter requires inserting filler plates (if needed) where the former is simpler with the disawner plates and their associated levers.

We are running a factory one piece small grains concave. We opperate in East Central Saskatchewan. In harvesting spring wheat or barley most often we are limited by grain losses on the walkers,rarely are the sieve losses a concern .Has anyone tried adding the aps like the Claas Mega in Europe to increase capacity in harvesting conditions like these.
