kidroff, no, chains aren't slipping, the slip clutch on the second (I think) paddle shaft from the top just lets go.

Dan are your paddles timed correctllyIJ Secondly do you have the paddle covers onIJ Are your paddle rubbers are still in good conditionIJ It might also pay to check that the top slip clutch hasn't been slipping a bit and made those discs slippery,you can rough them up a bit to grip just don't get to keen because they cost a arm and a leg to replace.I'm in QlD. so if you want to e-mail me here is my add. john. litster@australis.aunz.com

Johnboy, back in Jan. you offered Dan from Aust. advice about his pluging up the feeder paddles with slugs of barley. You told him to check the timing and mentioned about paddle covers, how are the paddles to propperly timed,and what are coversIJ I'm using a 760,V8 older model. Also which is better the paddlesIJ or a feeder chainIJ
